We can help with queries relating to council services, some services that can be accessed from the Ellesmere Customer Service Point are: Concessionary Travel, Waste Collection and Highways.Blue Badges can be issued on presentation of a valid Letter of Authorisation and RADAR keys can be collected for access to disabled toilets. We are also available to take payments for all council services. We hold information on a wide variety of subjects including what's on in and around Ellesmere, local college prospectuses, where to stay and local attractions. Details of local clubs and societies are also available. The office displays jobs available in Ellesmere and nearby towns and the vacancies are updated regularly. A small interview room is available for hire.
