Paper Recyling Banks
The Town Council is responsible for these banks and is appreciative of local residents using the banks and bringing in just over a £1000 each year which the Town Council designates to be spent on maintaining recreation areas.
The programme of improving the Christmas Lighting in the town continues with a joint scheme with the traders to new trees and lights above the business premises. The Christmas Tree is the Square is given every year by Ellesmere Timber Company and the Ellesmere and District Rotary Club of Ellesmere organise a Tree of Lights to raise money for charity.
