Balanced Elements Acupuncture ~ Sarah Batha offers acupuncture to help stimulate the body’s natural healing abilities, acupuncture facial to help with sinus discomfort, nasal congestion, headaches and more and cupping, which eases tight, painful and overworked muscles. Sarah can also integrate Reiki into her therapy if you should want.
Energetic Healing ~ Fiona Winter, a teacher at the College of Healing, offers individual energetic healing sessions.

Dru Yoga ~ A form based on classical yoga but with powerful, flowing and dynamic sequences: Group sessions held at the Black Lion from 7 January onwards. 1-1 sessions on request. With Trixi Field, registered Dru Yoga teacher.
