A wonderful contemporary apartment set in the stunning North Shropshire countryside, surrounded by award winning Parkland including one of the largest natural meres in England, an 11th-century motte-and-bailey castle, and the attractive canal wharf designed by Thomas Telford himself.
Fully equipped, as expected, it has two spacious double bedrooms with high-quality soft furnishings and Smart TV’s.
From the entrance door, the bedroom to the right has a super comfortable double bed with stylish furnishings and a dressing table and clothes storage with hairdryer.
Step through to the hallway which leads to the bathroom incorporating modern mixer shower cubicle, toilet and basin facilities.
Next to this is the well-appointed kitchen with microwave, oven and Induction hob and a dining area with table and 4 chairs. We have recently revised the apartment for the comfort of our guests.
There is a Krups coffee-making machine with pods, and there will be tea making facilities also when you arrive.
An extended bar area in the kitchen has a dedicated work space and raised bar stool to allow for guests to work whilst visiting.
Walk through into bedroom 2 which also has a stylish and comfortable double bed and hanging rail for clothes.
Bike rack and lock supplied on site for your bike security.
Dog washing area outside (if your 4-legged friends have indulged in a lake swim)
Parties are strictly prohibited. No smoking or vaping in the apartment. Please use the outside area and dispose of any waste responsibly.
Child facilities such as Cot and Highchair are available on request however usage comes at guest risk with no responsibility of injury being held with the host.

Voted the ‘Best Small Site’ in the UK on 3 annual occasions, our en-suite glamping pods are 1 mile north of Ellesmere and offer panoramic views across Shropshire, Cheshire and North Wales. Our three self-catering pods are dog-friendly, and furnished to a high standard with under-floor heating, TV, Wi-Fi, beds, sofa, kitchenette, toilet and shower. Outside each pod is a picnic table, fire-pit and lounger chairs.
On the other side of the farm, we have a 5-pitch caravan site, for motorhomes or touring caravans. The caravan site is for the exclusive use of Caravan and Motorhome Club members.

A beautiful Grade 2 listed converted barn, set in the Quiet hamlet of Lee, with views of open countryside. Catch the early morning sun out on the decking, and visit some lovely nearby market towns and villages. we have a minimum stay of three nights,however at peak times we only accept a minimum stay of seven nights, and prices may vary at peak times, please contact us for prices.
Our cottages are really peaceful, very little noise and light pollution, full of wildlife and noises of the country. The garden is enclosed, so great to let children and pets run around.

Pear Tree Cottage was perfect! It’s an adorable, cosy, snug little cottage with everything you need. We came for a few days to explore local walks, pubs and natural heritage, which the area has in abundance less than 5 minute drive away. Highly recommend to anyone and we will definitely be coming back! The cake on arrival was lovely too.
Karma Waters are in their introductory year for offering Canal boat holidays and retreats. It is their aim to offer you a safe, enjoyable and relaxing experience. The owner has been living on the canals for the last 7 years and has experience of hiring and operating boats and has assigned prices that are both attractive and competitive. All necessary safety and operational instructions will be given at the handover stage of your holiday or at the start of your retreat.
Field 1 faces West towards the Welsh Hills and over looks the family’s horses.
Field 2 faces East with views over rolling farmland towards the Llangollen Canal with the Wrekin and other hills beyond.
A new first class heated toilet block with pan washing facilities and existing showers, toilets and information point with under floor heating that have been awarded a 4 star rating with the National Toilet of the Year Award whose comments were “A most delightful little chalet toilet block serving the needs of surrounding caravans and campers.”
Further plans to build an additional toilet block with pan washing facilities have been passed by planners and is to be built this year (2019).
The site offers forty level grass pitches each with electric hook up points plus individual mains water taps. Night lights on each hook up point. Grey Waste Water disposal and Chemical Disposal point are available on the site.
The site has 24 hour continuous recording CTV cameras monitoring all people coming and going, for added security.
Seasonal or long term pitches maybe available if requested at special rates.

We would like to welcome you to Shropshire. We are a Family run business offering a choice of accommodation in a peaceful, rural setting in the hamlet of Dudleston, with its 12th Century Church. Here, there are two well equipped self catering holiday cottages both have their own hot tub hot ( can be booked without use of hot tub if preferred). We are dog friendly, and as we are on a quiet country lane, great for a dog walk from the door. Each cottage has parking by the door, fully enclosed patio area and complimentary WIFI.
Woodpecker Cottage This cottage is wheelchair friendly, sleeping up to 5 guests. Upstairs, double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, small single bedroom, suitable for a child. We are in the ideal situation for visiting the pretty Lakeside town of Ellesmere, with its independent shops. A short drive will take you to the Welsh town of Llangollen with its steam trains and horse drawn canal boats and Castell Dinas Bran For some retail therapy we have Shrewsbury and Chester, both have river boat rides and Chester has its famous Zoo. We have a wealth of National Trust properties in the area, Chirk Castle, Erddig Hall, and Attingham Park.

Set next to a dingle we have 4 cosy wooden Glamping pods- glamorous camping, just bring your bedding,towels and camping equipment. All pods have the luxury of fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave, and outside picnic area. Our Oak, and Beech are our standard pods, with caravan style seating, which turns into sleeping area, with memory foam mattresses , these sleep up to 4 guests. Ash pod sleeps 2 in a double bed with bedding supplied. Willow is our pod with a hot tub, this pod sleeps up to 4 guests. Bluebell Shepherd hut sleeps up to 4 guests and has a hot tub too. All apartments have fully fitted kitchens including fridge, kettle, toaster, full oven, microwave and dishwasher and The Granary has a mini-kitchen with fridge, kettle, microwave, toaster and a single hob.
There is a welcome pack on arrival which includes a variety of teas, coffees, hot chocolate and biscuits; the fresh milk will be in the fridge.
The individually styled one-bedroom apartments have sitting rooms with sofa and chairs, smart tv’s and free WiFi. The bedrooms have comfortable beds with quality bedding and wardrobes with full-length mirrors. All bedrooms have en suite bath or shower rooms with large fluffy towels on heated towel rails and a range of complimentary toiletries.
And there is underfloor heating throughout. And Free Wi-Fi. And ample, free car parking!
