Concept Town Planning Ltd is an established independent firm of Chartered Town Planners with over 50 years planning knowledge and expertise in all planning and development related matters.

Working acsoss all types of development we assist clients in the following areas:

  • Project managing planning proposals from inception to delivery, including:
  • Pre application advice on the principles of development and necessary technical reports, including EIA Screening;
  • Preparation and submission of planning applications and Design and Access Statements along with compilation of accompanying technical reports;
  • Preparation of appeal documents and where necessary appearing at Informal Hearings and Public Inquiries acting as Expert Witness;
  • Advice on Permitted Development and preparation of Prior Notifications;
  • Negotiations with Councils on content of planning obligations (Section 106’s);
  • Submission of further details required by planning conditions;
  • Enforcement notices and appeals;
  • Lawful Development Certificates – existing and proposed;
  • Planning Appraisal and Feasibility;
  • Local Plan site Promotion and Representations, through initial stages to Independent Examination; and
  • General development advice and strategy in relation to land and property assets.

Through a network of tried and tested contacts we are also able to act as project managers where other consultants such as ecologists, landscape architects, archaeologists, engineers etc are required to support proposals.
